This role focuses on the

implementation, integration, configuration, technical support and ongoing maintenance of OpenText solutions within an HR IT landscape , including integrations with

SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM .

The opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid hands-on expertise in

OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, HR document management, system configuration, SAP integration, troubleshooting and enterprise application support .

Role Overview As an

OpenText Expert , you will support the implementation and operation of OpenText solutions used for enterprise HR document management.

You will be responsible for configuring

workflows, metadata, permissions and document lifecycle processes , supporting integrations with

SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM , resolving technical issues, supporting upgrades and ensuring the platform meets security and compliance requirements.
