We're looking for a technically skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team and drive successful project commissioning and customer handover. Key Responsibilities Execute pre-commissioning, startup, operation, and commissioning of AFBC boilers, industrial heaters, and burners . Plan and schedule site commissioning activities in coordination with project and cross-functional teams. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning using structured problem-solving approaches. Develop explicit and practical SOPs for customer operation, safety, and system handover. Work with PLC/DCS systems, field instruments, and automation controls. Handle commissioning and troubleshooting of rotary equipment, including pumps and fans .



Coordinate with engineering teams to provide technical feedback and recommend design improvements. Prepare commissioning reports, project feedback reports, and handover documentation. ️ Key Skills & Competencies ✅ Strong experience in boiler, heater, and burner commissioning. ✅ Hands-on exposure to AFBC, Reciprocating Grate, and Travelling Grate boilers . ✅ Knowledge of PLC/DCS, instrumentation, calibration, and control systems. ✅ Experience with pumps, fans, and other rotating equipment. ✅ Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and site execution skills. ✅ Ability to prepare SOPs, commissioning documentation, and technical reports. ✅ Knowledge of safety standards, risk assessments, and HSE practices. ✅ Familiarity with SAP/ERP and project documentation tools is an advantage.
