About the RoleWe are looking for a Co-Founder – Business Development, Sales (with Investment ) who will take a leadership role in building Medecro.ai's commercial engine.
This is not a conventional sales or business development position . We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who can identify opportunities, open doors, build strategic relationships, create revenue channels, lead enterprise sales,



and help establish Medecro.ai as a significant AI company in healthcare.
The Co-Founder will work closely with the existing founders, clinical team, AI/technology team, and investors to build and execute the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall B2B/B2B2B sales strategy for Medecro.ai.
- Acquire hospitals, dental chains, clinics, diagnostic/imaging centres, healthcare institutions and other enterprise customers.
- Build relationships with doctors, hospital leadership, CXOs, radiologists, dentists, healthcare administrators and procurement teams.
- Develop and manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to commercial closure.
- Build strategic partnerships with healthcare companies, medical device manufacturers, diagnostic companies, distributors and technology platforms.
