Job Title:Vice President, Client Technology Location: Bangalore, India Role Overview mea is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Client Technology to lead client-facing technology engagements across our global customer portfolio.
This leadership role sits at the intersection of insurance domain expertise, technology consulting, product innovation, and customer success. As a trusted advisor to insurers, brokers, and MGA clients, you will be responsible for ensuring successful adoption, implementation, and expansion of mea's AI-powered insurance platform while driving measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Operations, Delivery, and Commercial teams to shape delivery and solution strategy, influence product direction, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. This position requires a leader who can operate confidently with clients at both executive and technical levels while managing complex enterprise engagements. This role is core to executing implementations of our products across our full global client base, combining deep experience of client facing tech implementations, solutioning and outstanding client relationship
