We sell to global consumer electronics brands who need a manufacturing partner, and to defence, enterprise and education customers who need XR solutions. About the role We are looking for a business development executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation or inside sales, ideally in technology, electronics, hardware or enterprise solutions. This is the role that fills the top of our pipeline. You will find the accounts, open the conversations, qualify what is real, and hand over opportunities that are worth a senior person's time. Key Responsibilities Research and build target account lists across electronics, XR, AV, system integrators, education, government and enterprise segments. Identify decision makers and run first-level outreach across email,



LinkedIn and phone. Qualify early-stage leads by understanding use case, requirement fit, budget, timeline and who actually decides. Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including outreach logs, account notes, next steps and pipeline stage. Prepare first-cut proposals, pitch decks and use-case collateral with support from the wider team. Coordinate demos, product samples and proof-of-concept discussions between the customer and our internal teams. Follow up consistently. Most B2B deals are lost to silence rather than to a competitor. Support the team at trade shows, exhibitions and customer visits. Feed market observations back in, including what buyers are asking for and where we keep losing.
