The role involves leading a team of sales engineers, securing regular/repeat business, identifying and converting new opportunities (including retrofit and share-of-wallet from competitors), preparing technical specifications for tenders, and acting as the key interface with OEM principals while consistently meeting targets. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned accounts and territory, with primary focus on refineries, power plants, oil & gas and mining customers. - Lead, coach and hand-hold a team of sales engineers — set targets,
