Role Description Somaniply is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong exposure to the building-materials and interior-products industry. The role will focus on developing relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants and project teams and generating business through specification and project sales.



Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders * Generate new project opportunities and convert them into business * Present Somaniply products and solutions to architects and decision-makers * Work on product specification and project approvals * Track upcoming commercial, hospitality, institutional and projects * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities * Coordinate internally for quotations, samples, technical requirements and order execution * Follow up consistently with clients throughout the sales cycle * Develop new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing customers * Achieve assigned business-development and sales targets What We’re Looking For * Experience in building materials, interior products or allied industries * Existing relationships with architects, contractors, consultants or project customers would be hig
