Observe teaching and learning and provide constructive, developmental feedback. Support teachers in developing inquiry-based learning experiences and differentiated instruction. Encourage reflective practice, innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional growth. Identify career development needs and support the implementation of appropriate training initiatives. Assessment & Student Learning Guide teachers in implementing effective formative and summative assessment practices. Monitor assessment processes to ensure alignment with PYP principles and learning outcomes. Support teachers in documenting and communicating student learning and progress.
