We are seeking an

experienced, energetic, and academically accomplished Principal

to lead and manage our

Undergraduate College affiliated with the University of Mumbai . The Principal will provide academic and administrative leadership, ensure compliance with University and regulatory requirements, and drive excellence in teaching, learning, research, student development, and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership Provide strategic leadership for undergraduate academic programs in accordance with

University of Mumbai

guidelines. Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, academic calendars, examinations, and assessment processes. Monitor academic performance and promote continuous improvement. Encourage innovative teaching methodologies, research, internships, and industry engagement. Promote interdisciplinary learning and employability-focused initiatives.

Administration & Governance Oversee the overall academic and administrative functioning of the Undergraduate College.



Ensure compliance with

University of Mumbai, UGC, Government of Maharashtra , and other applicable regulatory requirements. Coordinate with University authorities and statutory bodies. Lead institutional and statutory committees. Ensure effective management of college resources, infrastructure, and facilities.

Faculty & Staff Management Lead faculty and staff development initiatives. Foster a professional, collaborative, and performance-oriented culture. Oversee faculty performance, training, workshops, seminars, and development programs. Ensure adherence to institutional academic and administrative policies.

Student Development Create a supportive, inclusive, and student-centric academic environment. Promote co-curricular, extracurricular, cultural, sports, and leadership activities. Strengthen mentoring, career guidance, internships, placement, and industry-interface programs. Address student concerns
