Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support Hejje's growth and outreach
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals
Identify potential referral sources, institutional partnerships, corporate opportunities, and healthcare networks
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners, clients, and referral sources
Explore opportunities to expand Hejje's presence across healthcare and allied sectors




Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare professionals, corporates, institutions, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders
Develop long-term partnerships with referral partners and key organizations
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective and existing partners
Understand partner requirements and identify opportunities for mutually beneficial collaborations
Represent Hejje professionally at meetings, networking events, conferences, and healthcare forums
Outreach & Partnerships
Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, pediatric development centres, corporates, and community organizations
Coordinate outreach initiatives, awareness programs, camps, and partnership activities
Identify opportunities for corporate tie-ups, institutional collaborations, and community engagement
