(d) Follow up with prospects systematically through telephone and email. (e) Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups and next actions. (f) Ensure that promising opportunities are followed up until they are appropriately handed over or progressed by the Sales Team. 3. Client Empanelment Formalities & Documentation:



(a)Coordinate client empanelment formalities with prospective and existing corporate clients (b)Communicate with clients to obtain required registration forms, company documents, declarations and other supporting information. (c)Coordinate internally to compile information required for client registration/empanelment. Track the status of each empanelment (d)Follow up on pending documents and approvals. (e)Ensure that documentation is complete, accurate and submitted within the required timeline. (f)Maintain organized records of client empanelment documents. 4.
