Operations Executive Working Mode: Remote (Evening Shift 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM) Experience: 2-4 years Location: Work From Home (Base Location Kolkata) Education: Any graduation and above Role Summary: We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage the evening operations desk for our PAN India clusters. The role will be responsible for closing the day’s dispatch and billing activities, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely creation of SOs/POs, regular OTD updates and preparing the next day’s dispatch plan. Key Responsibilities: Order Management & Billing Prepare and release customer invoices for daily dispatches, ensuring accuracy in rates, taxes, weights, and supporting documents. Create and maintain Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) for PAN India operations. Generate e-way bills and complete required documentation for dispatches. OTD & Dispatch Coordination Maintain and update On-Time Deliver
