Job Description

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Head – Pharma/ Medical-grade Packaging to lead the overall business growth, sales, market expansion and commercial development of our Pharma Packaging business. The ideal candidate should have 20+ years of relevant experience in Pharma Packaging / Medical Packaging / Healthcare Packaging, with strong expertise in B2B sales, business development, key account management, distribution network development and sales team leadership. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the overall business strategy and growth plan for the Pharma Packaging business. • Achieve monthly and annual revenue, sales and profitability targets. • Drive year-on-year growth through existing customers, new accounts and market expansion. • Lead and manage the sales/business development team and establish clear KRAs, KPIs and sales targets. • Develop and expand distributor/dealer/channel partner networks across key markets. • Identify and develop recent cities, territories, customer segments and business opportunities.



• Build strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, healthcare organisations, institutions and strategic accounts. • Develop and implement marketing strategies, product positioning, campaigns, exhibitions and industry engagement activities. • Identify market gaps and support new product development, product launches and portfolio expansion. • Drive key account and institutional business and develop long-term customer relationships. • Prepare and monitor monthly/quarterly sales forecasts, pipeline and business plans. • Analyze market trends, competitors, product performance and territory-wise business. • Improve gross margins, manage pricing and discounts, and drive profitable business growth. • Recruit, coach, develop and retain a high-performing sales team. • Present business performance, market insights and growth plans to senior management.
