- 20+ years of overall experience with significant experience in Channel Sales, Distribution Sales and Sales Leadership

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading channel/distribution businesses
/n
- Proven experience managing Pan-India distributor, dealer and reseller networks
/n
- Strong track record of delivering significant revenue and profitability targets.
/n
- Experience in IT Hardware, Printers, POS, AIDC, Scanners, Mobility, Electronics, Electricals,
/n
- Office Automation or Technology Products preferred.
/n
- Robust understanding of primary/secondary sales, sell-through, channel inventory, distribution
/n
- economics and partner profitability
/n
- Proven experience in distributor appointment, network expansion and channel development.
/n
- Strong exposure to pricing, commercial negotiations, channel schemes, incentives and credit
/n
- management
/n
- Experience managing large sales teams and regional sales leaders.
