Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Support

- Build and maintain trusted relationships across the organization to align operations with key stakeholders.

- Act as a thought partner to the CEO by identifying challenges, opportunities, and contributing to strategic decisions.

- Facilitate high-level problem-solving through data analysis and actionable recommendations.

2. Administrative Management

- Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring effective scheduling and prioritization.

- Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel arrangements.

- Draft, review,



and refine reports, correspondence, and presentations with precision.

- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

3. Communication and Coordination

- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

- Develop meeting agendas, coordinate follow-ups, and align outcomes with organizational objectives.

- Synthesize complex information into concise, actionable executive summaries.

4. Project Oversight

- Monitor, track, and report on strategic projects, ensuring timelines are met.

- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and successful execution.
