Media Project Management Intern – Events & Campaigns | 6 Months Location: Noida Engagement: Full-time Internship | 6 months Work mode: Work from Office (5-day work week) Note: This is an internship position. We are looking for a Media Project Management Intern – Events & Campaigns (6 Months) to join our agile media team and gain hands-on experience in managing campaigns, coordinating with clients, and supporting on-ground events. This role offers exposure to end-to-end project activities across media and events, including reporting, market research, audience outreach, and competitor tracking. It is an excellent prospect for proactive and detail-oriented individuals to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment while working closely with senior project managers and client teams. Eligibility Journalism fresh graduates preferred Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with the Project Management team on ongoing campaigns. Create screenshot decks and maintain campaign reports.



Coordinate daily with client teams for IP campaigns, including sharing stall images and securing creative approvals (under senior PM guidance). Provide on-site support to clients and internal teams during events, as required. Assist project managers in handling complex campaigns. Track competitor activities on a daily basis. Participate in event/webinar dry runs and video shoots. Conduct market research and build databases for audience acquisition. Support audience outreach initiatives. Excellent communication skills (spoken English & professional email etiquette). Self-disciplined, inquisitive, and dependable team player.
