Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Agency Partnerships qualified with 5+ years of experience building and managing agency relationships across the media and advertising ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have an established network across leading agency groups such as WPP Media, Publicis, Dentsu, Omnicom, IPG, and Havas, with strong relationships across buyers, planners, trading desks, and senior commercial stakeholders.

You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving agency revenue, securing annual trading agreements and preferred-vendor relationships, and positioning our retail media and quick-commerce advertising solutions as strategic offerings within agency portfolios.

This role requires a strong understanding of the agency buying ecosystem, retail media, performance advertising, and the evolving quick-commerce advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Build, develop, and manage strategic relationships with leading media agencies and agency networks.




- Establish relationships across buyers, planners, trading desks, investment teams, and senior agency leadership.
- Develop strong relationships across WPP Media, Publicis, Dentsu, Omnicom, IPG, Havas, and other relevant agency groups.
- Identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, and revenue opportunities within agency organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic agency partnerships and commercial relationships.

Business Development & Revenue
- Drive agency-led revenue through new partnerships, account expansion, and increased wallet share.
- Identify and convert opportunities across agency clients, brands, and advertiser portfolios.
- Negotiate and close annual trading agreements, commercial partnerships, preferred-vendor arrangements, and strategic media deals.
- Build joint business plans with key agency partners to deliver revenue and growth targets.
- Develop scalable approaches to increase age
