In This Role,



You Will

Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Own the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and budgeting across the Xebo.Ai group (India, UAE,KSA, USA entities).
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team — providing financial insight to guide business decisions, pricing, and growth investments.
- Build and own financial models, forecasts, and scenario planning to support fundraising, board reporting, and long-term business planning.
- Lead investor and board reporting — MIS, financial statements, KPIs, and cap table/fundraise-related financial workstreams.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead the finance and accounts team;
put in place the structure and processes needed to support a growing global organization.
- Partner closely with HR on payroll, compliance, and cost planning, and with Sales/Product on deal structuring, pricing, and revenu
