Job Description

Investment Origination & Business Development

· Originate private credit, structured debt, and special situations investment opportunities across sectors.

· Build and manage relationships with promoters, corporates, NBFCs, banks, investment bankers, private equity sponsors, and financial intermediaries to generate high-quality deal flow.

· Identify proprietary investment opportunities through market intelligence, industry networks, and strategic partnerships.

· Drive business development initiatives to expand the investment pipeline and support fund deployment objectives.Credit Evaluation & Investment Assessment

· Lead end-to-end credit underwriting, including financial statement analysis, business assessment, cash flow evaluation, industry research, and risk analysis.





· Review financial models, valuation analyses, and investment assumptions to assess risk-adjusted returns.

· Prepare and present investment memoranda, credit approval notes, and Investment Committee (IC) recommendations.

· Recommend optimal investment structures, covenants, and security packages with appropriate risk mitigation.Transaction Execution & Structuring

· Lead end-to-end transaction execution from deal evaluation and term sheet negotiation through financial close.

· Structure customized debt financing solutions and negotiate commercial terms, documentation, covenants, and security arrangements.

· Oversee financial, legal, commercial, and technical due diligence, ensuring timely transaction closure in coordination with internal teams and external advisors.Portfolio Management
