Excellis IT is looking for an experienced Unity Game Developer to work on the development of a confidential cross-platform multiplayer strategy game.

The game is being developed for Web, Android, and iOS and involves multiplayer sessions, rule-based gameplay, player actions, card and board interactions, resource/economy management, game states, events, scoring, progression, animations, and real-time interaction between players.
Due to client confidentiality, the project name and detailed gameplay mechanics will be shared only with shortlisted candidates at the appropriate stage of the selection process.
Key Responsibilities
The selected developer will be responsible for developing the actual gameplay and game systems in Unity, including:
Develop the game using Unity and C#
Implement complete gameplay logic based on the approved Game Design Document
Develop multiplayer game rooms and player-session flows
Build game-state management systems
Implement player actions, rules,



scoring, progression, and winning conditions
Develop digital board/card-based interactions and event-driven gameplay
Implement turn/session-based and real-time gameplay systems as required
Develop systems for player resources, virtual assets, inventory, scores, and in-game calculations
Implement event-based changes and game-rule conditions
Develop flows such as:
Lobby
Match creation
Player joining
Game setup
Active gameplay
Event resolution
Round/session transitions
Results
Game completion
Integrate game UI/UX created by the design team
Implement gameplay animations, card movements, board interactions, transitions, and visual feedback
Integrate 2D and 3D game assets
Work with Unity Animator, Timeline, particle systems, and other animation systems
Integrate game audio and sound effects
Integrate REST APIs and backend services
Implement WebSocket or similar real-time communication
