Role Description The CRM, ERP and HRMS Platform Onboarding & Technical Support Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves guiding educational institutions through onboarding to Eduvy’s CRM, ERP, and HRMS platforms, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration support, and user training. The associate will provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot platform issues,



coordinate with internal product and engineering teams for resolutions, and ensure timely communication with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing support tickets, documenting solutions, conducting product demos, assisting with workflow optimization, and helping institutions adopt platform features effectively to improve their operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, diagnose issues, and optimize platform configurations.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, conduct training sessions, and maintain professional client interactions.
