workforce use Salesforce effectively. Based in India within our
Data and Technology division, you will support the systems and
information that enable our colleagues to advance better land
management and business practices that benefit people, nature and
the climate. Reporting to the Senior Salesforce Team Lead, you will
resolve day-to-day issues, improve the user experience and provide
practical guidance and training. You will also support reliable
data management, reporting and ongoing system improvements, helping
teams and leaders access useful information and work more
efficiently. Working with us is never routine, so in this role you
can expect the following areas to be central to your work: Provide
timely,



practical Salesforce support to our global workforce,
proactively responding to questions, investigating issues and
following through to resolution. Manage system-change requests by
gathering information, clarifying user needs and involving the
right colleagues in decisions. Improve the user experience by
configuring screens, data views, reports, dashboards and
team-focused home pages so that information is easy to find and
use. Work with internal stakeholders to simplify processes, improve
system pages and make everyday tasks more efficient. Support system
maintenance, data-quality reviews and data cleaning to keep
information accurate, complete and useful, and strengthen
consistent data-management practices. Develop reports and
dashboards that help employees and managers understand performance,
identify trends and make informed decisions. Create explicit user
