About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle Fusion Financials, with a focus on various financial modules. This role requires a deep understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Expenses, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Prepare Functional Specifications and configuration documents to guide implementation.
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT),



and Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Perform data migration using FBDI/ADFDI tools to ensure accurate data transfer.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Work with Oracle Support on Service Requests (SRs) and product issues to ensure system stability.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support to enhance user adoption and system utilization.
