Paid Media Executive

Location: Delhi NCR

Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days' work from home

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital platforms. The role will work closely with internal teams, agency partners, and media vendors to help ensure campaigns are executed effectively, budgets are managed accurately, and media performance is tracked against objectives.

In addition to hands-on paid media responsibilities, this person will own key operational aspects of media buying, including vendor management, billing coordination, invoice reconciliation, and spend tracking. The ideal candidate combines a robust understanding of digital media platforms with attention to detail and the ability to manage the financial and operational processes that support paid media activity.

About the Role
- Paid Media Campaign Management: Support the setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic/DSPs,



and other relevant paid media channels.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs and budgets, identify opportunities for optimization, and work with internal teams and agency partners to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Media Planning & Budget Management: Support media planning and budget allocation across platforms and campaigns, while maintaining accurate spend trackers and monitoring pacing against approved budgets.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide insights on spend, delivery, performance, and key trends to relevant stakeholders.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate with media agencies, platform partners, and vendors on campaign execution, media plans, insertion orders, billing queries, credits, and other operational requirements.
