What you'll do

- Build a high-quality prospect pipeline by researching STEM organisations across the UK and EU.
/n
- Reach decision-makers through cold calls,



personalised emails, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
/n
- Discover prospects' staffing needs, buying processes and commercial potential.
/n
- Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Business Development Managers and senior stakeholders.
/n
- Keep CRM records accurate, manage timely follow-ups and track prospects through the pipeline.
/n
- Monitor outreach and conversion performance, test new approaches and continuously improve results.
/n
- Partner with sales, business development and marketing colleagues on targeting and messaging.
/n
- Stay current on STEM trends, competitor activity and developments in the UK/EU staffing market.

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

- At least 1 year of business development or lead-generation experience in staffing or recruitment; exposure to STEM recruitment i
