We are looking for a High-Speed Hardware Design Engineer to join our engineering team, working on the development of advanced electronic systems for aerospace, defence and other high-reliability applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of complex high-speed digital electronic boards, including systems based on high-performance FPGAs and adaptive SoCs. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES · Design complex high-speed digital electronic boards from requirements definition through schematic design, PCB layout supervision, manufacturing and bring-up.



· Design FPGA/SoC-based architectures using devices such as AMD/Xilinx Versal, UltraScale+ or equivalent high-performance devices. · Define and review high-speed interfaces including DDR4/DDR5, PCIe, Ethernet, JESD204, SerDes and multi-gigabit transceivers. · Perform or support Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis, including impedance control, termination, crosstalk, power distribution networks and decoupling strategies. · Define PCB stack-ups, controlled-impedance structures, differential pairs and high-speed routing constraints. · Design power architectures for high-performance FPGA/SoC devices, including multi-rail power supplies, sequencing and power monitoring. · Select electronic components considering performance, availability, reliability and product requirements. · Work closely with PCB layout engineers to ensure compliance with high-speed design constraints and manufacturing requirements. · Support board bring-up, debuggi
