CADOpt Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic CAE Sales Engineer / Business Development professional to drive sales of CAE, Simulation Software, and Engineering Solutions.

/n

The ideal candidate should have experience in selling CAE / Simulation / Engineering Software or related technical solutions and a solid understanding of B2B sales. Experience with any leading simulation software such as Cadence, ANSYS, Altair, Siemens, Hexagon, MSC, Dassault Systèmes, or similar platforms will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for CAE, Simulation Software, and Engineering Solutions.
/n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.
/n
- Understand customer engineering and simulation requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
/n
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
/n
- Conduct customer visits, meetings, presentations, product discussions, and regular follow-ups.
/n




- Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams for software demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution proposals.
/n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
/n
- Develop existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
/n
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
/n
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and industry events to generate business opportunities.
/n
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity information in CRM systems.
/n
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
/n
- Support preparation and submission of quotations, commercial proposals, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and bids.
/n
- Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Application Engineering, and Management teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
