About the Role

/n

We are looking for a strong, independent and process-oriented Senior HR Manager to take ownership of the company‘s HR systems, policies, statutory compliance, recruitment processes and people-management framework.

/n

The person will be based at our Ahmedabad office and will oversee and guide the HR team at our manufacturing plant in Visnagar.

/n

This is not a routine HR administration role. The candidate will be responsible for building a structured HR function that can operate independently, with proper policies, systems, accountability, compliance and reporting.

/n

The person will work directly with Founder and will be responsible for reviewing HR performance, identifying gaps and ensuring that HR processes are consistently followed across the organisation.

The person will be responsible for building HR systems, policies and processes, developing people and managers, guiding the factory HR team, ensuring compliance and creating a high-performance organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

/n

/n
- Build and manage the company‘s overall HR systems, policies, rules and SOPs
/n
- Manage and review HR systems covering 250+ employees across office, administration and factory
/n
- Guide, train and review the HR team at the Visnagar plant & Ahmedabad Marketing Office.
/n
- Build systems that allow HR to operate independently with minimum management intervention
/n
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Apprenticeship and statutory requirements
/n
- Identify and implement relevant Government schemes, incentives, subsidies, advantages and initiatives that can benefit the company and its employees
/n
- Continuously track changes in government policies and identify opportunit
