About the role

The Workplace Concierge is the first point of contact for our business and a key ambassador for the Woolworths Group workplace experience. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, skilled, and supportive environment for all team members, guests, and visitors. Going beyond a traditional reception role, the Workplace Concierge will proactively enhance the daily experience on-site by providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations seamlessly, and assisting with various workplace services to ensure our support offices are great places to work and visit.

Guest & team member experience
- Deliver a warm, polished, and professional first impression for all visitors, executives, contractors, and team members.
- Manage visitor registration, issue security passes, and ensure all visitors are connected with their hosts promptly.
- Serve as a central point of information, answering queries related to workplace amenities, meeting rooms, local transport, and on-site events.
