We're looking for target-driven and passionate Education Counsellors / Senior Program Advisors to join our growing team

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Handle inbound & outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
/n
- Counsel students for UG & PG / Study Abroad programs.
/n
- Understand student profiles, career goals and requirements.
/n
- Recommend suitable courses, universities and study destinations.
/n
- Handle queries, objections and guide students through the admission journey.
/n




- Convert leads into successful applications/admissions and achieve sales targets.
/n
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update leads through CRM.
/n
- Build robust relationships and ensure a smooth student experience.
/n

/n

Requirements

/n

Minimum 1+ Year experience in Sales / Counselling

/n

Any Ed-Tech sales/counselling experience is acceptable

/n

UG/PG counselling experience preferred

/n

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

/n

Strong convincing, negotiation & objection-handling skills

/n

Target-oriented and comfortable working 6 days a week
