About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, customer-focused, and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our Gurgaon team.

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, generating appointments, and contributing directly to revenue growth.



You will serve as the first point of contact for many customers and play a crucial role in guiding them from initial inquiry to consultation and purchase.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building trust, managing sales pipelines, and working in a target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound inquiries received through the website, social media, WhatsApp, marketing campaigns, and referrals.

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual consultations to understand their requirements.

• Qualify leads and identify customer needs, budgets, timelines, and purchase intent.

• Schedule and coordinate store visits, virtual consultations, and appointments for the sales team.

• Build strong relationships with potential customers and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
