Job Title: Portfolio Coordinator/Account Coordinator

Position Summary

The Portfolio Coordinator supports the VP of Client Success in the organization, administration, and operational coordination of a defined group of client accounts. The role helps ensure that account information, reporting, action items, customer requirements, and internal activities are organized, current, and effectively coordinated across the portfolio.

Working closely with Account Managers, Delivery, and Client Success leadership, the Portfolio Coordinator serves as a connecting point between the teams responsible for day-to-day account execution and the VP of Client Success. The role provides visibility into account activity, coordinates ongoing requirements, tracks commitments and follow-up items, and supports consistent execution across the portfolio.

The position is focused on operational coordination, administrative support, information flow, and maintaining the structure necessary to effectively support each customer.





Core Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Coordination & Administration
- Support the VP of Client Success in the ongoing administration and organization of assigned customer accounts.
- Maintain current account information, documentation, contacts, requirements, and related portfolio records.
- Help coordinate recurring account activities, meetings, reporting requirements, and internal follow-up.
- Track action items, commitments, deadlines, and outstanding customer-related activities.
- Help ensure established Client Success processes and account requirements are consistently followed.

2. Reporting & Performance Support
- Gather and organize account-level operational and performance information for the VP of Client Success.
- Assist with recurring portfolio reports, dashboards, account reviews, and business review preparation.
