Job Description
- As a Luxury Sales Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNI clients, ensuring outstanding customer engagement while identifying and converting revenue opportunities.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and nurturing relationships with HNI clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Acting as the central coordination point between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the existing client portfolio.
- Building and strengthening referral and acquisition channels, including Family Offices, Wealth Managers, and premium networks.
- Recommending tailored solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.




- Managing opportunities from identification through to successful closure.
- Leveraging CRM tools and data analytics to identify high-potential customers and revenue opportunities.
- Analysing customer behaviour, pipeline performance, and market trends to drive business outcomes.Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance with internal processes and pricing guidelines.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership teams to support strategic initiatives.
