- Follow laid down QMS

Product Quality

- Execute machine performance & ensure all Poka-yoke functioning

- Working with other departments to control input quality in order to ensure output quality

- Ensure adherence to working SOP & WI

- Perform continuous improvement on basis of data analysis, audit feedbacks and other inputs for quality and rejection analysis
/n
- Conduct disassembly Reduction projects (Assembly)
/n
- Proper closure of PDI, Customer complaint & horizontal deployment (Assembly)
/n
- Follow-up with Metallurgy Lab for daily results (Heat Treatment)
/n
- PDI PPM (Assembly)

- Audit NC during external audit
/n

- Implement cell lines Step shifting plan

- Ensure adherence to 5S, and strengthening all TPM pillar
