Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and business growth across hospitals, physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, senior living facilities, home healthcare providers, distributors, and other healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, enjoys meeting customers, and is excited to work in a fast-growing startup environment where every sale creates meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent leads through field visits,



networking, referrals, conferences, and digital channels.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior care organizations, physiotherapy clinics, and medical distributors.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Sales Execution
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer onboarding.

Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide product education and training where required.
- Address customer queries and coordinate after-sales support.
