Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary operations partner for key client accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead regular business reviews, planning meetings, and growth discussions.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.

Operations & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project planning across multiple brands.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising strategy, creative, content, production, media, and

operations.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery.
- Build accountability across teams and ensure robust execution discipline.

Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor large account management teams.
- Oversee task allocation, workload balancing, and resource planning for teams.
- Coach team members on client servicing,



communication, and project ownership.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.

Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage monthly account retainers and projects.
- Ensure account profitability through effective budget planning and resource utilization.
- Prepare estimates, project budgets, and commercial proposals.
- Monitor revenue realization, billing, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and revenue expansion.

Vendor & Production Management
- Negotiate commercial terms with production partners and vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Allocate budgets effectively across projects and campaigns.
- Maintain strong commercial controls throughout project execution.

Strategic Planning
- Translate client objectives into actionable execution plans.
- Work closely with Strategy and Creativ
