Job Summary

The Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales performance while providing clinical and technical support across assigned territories. This role ensures achievement of sales targets, effective customer engagement, and successful implementation and utilization of Molbio products. The position also serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, customers, and key stakeholders, supporting both commercial and clinical aspects of the business.

Location: Africa

*Portuguese speakers will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the designed territory / countries.
- Drive business growth by developing new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Own sales performance and market share in the assigned region.
- Develop and execute territory and country business plans.
- Identify and convert competitive accounts through value-based selling.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and manage tender processes where required.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management




- Build and maintain robust relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), key accounts, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contract for business operations in assigned countries.
- Map decision-making processes and stakeholders’ network to support business strategy.
- Promote appropriate utilization of Molbio products and services to customers.
- Engage stakeholders using a consultative sales approach aligned with customer and patient needs.

Technical & Clinical Support
- Provide technical demonstrations, product implementation, and end-user training.
- Support clinical staff and assist with in-service cases when required.
- Troubleshot user-related issues (non-product quality related)
- Deliver technical presentations and training to customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical data, product information, and industry trends.
