The Global Catalog Operations (GCO) team in Amazon is part of Amazon Selection & Catalog Systems (ASCS), with a focus on leveraging human intelligence, to measure and improve the quality of the catalog. Our charter is to make Catalog quality programs more effective by providing expert human judgment.

We are seeking an experienced people leader to join our rapidly growing team as a Manager II, Program Management. In this role you will build and lead a team of SMEs, auditors and Program Managers responsible for developing insights and eliminating quality defects that affect business metrics. You will own a portfolio of catalog quality programs rather than a single workstream, set the direction and mechanisms your team operates by, and be accountable for the aggregate delivery and business outcomes of the programs under you. As part of this role, you will 1) hire, develop, and lead a team of auditors, SMEs and program managers, growing the bench and the capability of the function, 2) own a portfolio of quality programs,



prioritizing across competing initiatives and allocating capacity to the highest impact opportunities, 3) set the operating mechanisms, standards, and roadmap that make your team's programs measurable and repeatable, and 4) work collaboratively across partner teams (Science, PMs, Engineering, Business, etc.) and represent catalog quality program management to senior leadership across GCO and partner orgs.
