Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager – Strategy & Business Operations to work closely with the Founders and senior leadership team on strategic priorities and critical business initiatives. This is a generalist, high-ownership role that will involve working across business strategy, operations, process improvement, project management, analytics, and cross-functional execution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment, managing ambiguity, solving complex business problems, and taking initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Business Planning
- Work closely with the Founders and leadership team on strategic business priorities and initiatives.
- Support annual operating plans, business goals, and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct market, competitor, and business analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Translate business objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Track organizational performance against strategic goals and highlight key gaps.





2. Business Operations
- Identify operational gaps and drive initiatives to improve business efficiency and productivity.
- Work with functional leaders to understand challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Develop and implement SOPs, processes, systems, and governance mechanisms.
- Establish effective review mechanisms to improve accountability and execution.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process simplification, and cost optimization.

3. Cross-Functional Project Management
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, KPIs, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and functional teams to ensure timely execution.
- Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive resolution of critical issues.
- Provide regular updates and business insights to the Founders and leadership tea
