About the Role

/n

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Network Engineer – Network Operations & Security to manage day-to-day network operations, troubleshoot complex network issues, handle technical escalations, and lead our network engineering team.

/n

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies, including MikroTik, Ubiquiti UniFi, Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, and Juniper. The candidate must have a solid understanding of routing, switching, network security, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and network troubleshooting.

This role requires both strong technical expertise and the ability to train, guide, and manage the technical team.

/n

Key Responsibilities1. Network Operations & Monitoring

/n

- Monitor day-to-day network operations and ensure network availability, stability,



and performance.
/n
- Monitor network devices, firewalls, switches, routers, wireless infrastructure, and related systems.
/n
- Identify and troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.
/n
- Perform proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance.
/n
- Maintain proper documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting activities.
/n

2. Technical Escalation Management

/n

/n
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex network and connectivity issues.
/n
- Take ownership of critical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
/n
- Troubleshoot issues escalated by Network Engineers and Technical Support teams.
/n
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and third-party technology providers when required.
/n
- Analyze recurring problems and implement permanent solutions.
/n
- Participate in emergency and after-hours troubleshooting when required.
