About Position:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM/CS Functional Consultant with 10-14 years of SAP expertise across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Service (CS), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP implementations, and AMS support engagements. The role involves leading solution design, business process optimization, support delivery, and enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives while ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP PM/CS implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design activities.
- Configure and support SAP PM functionalities including Functional Locations, Equipment Master, Work Centres, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Notifications, and Work Orders.




- Design and implement Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance processes.
- Support Calibration Management, Refurbishment Processes, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Maintenance Costing.
- Configure and support SAP CS functionalities including Service Notifications, Service Orders, Warranty Management, Service Contracts, and Installed Base Management.
- Implement Repair Processes, Resource Related Billing, In-house Repairs, and Field Service Management solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP PM/CS incidents, enhancements, and service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis, defect resolution, and system optimization activities.
- Manage configuration changes, transport management, and release deployments.
- Support business users during critical business operations and month-end activities.
- Participate in ticket triaging, SLA monitoring, and support governance
