Role Summary
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to own the demand generation engine end-to-end - the systems, workflows, campaign execution, and the reporting that tells us what's working. This is an execution-first role: you will run the marketing automation stack (HubSpot) day-to-day, ship campaigns and workflows yourself, and turn funnel data into specific, actionable recommendations. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Inside Sales - acting as both the builder who gets things live and the advisor who helps these teams do their jobs better through process and data. A robust AI-first mindset is essential: you should already be using AI/agentic tools to automate operational work and speed up analysis, not just as a stated interest.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Automation & MarTech Ownership (HubSpot)
Own HubSpot end-to-end: platform administration, licensing/procurement input, integrations (CRM, forms, ad platforms, enrichment tools), and ongoing configuration.
Build and maintain workflows, lead scoring, list segmentation,



lifecycle stages, and lead routing rules.
Maintain data quality and hygiene across the database (deduplication, enrichment, field standardization, sync integrity with CRM).
Evaluate, procure, and manage adjacent MarTech tools as the stack evolves.

Demand Gen Process & Campaign Execution
Manage and continuously improve the demand generation process - from lead capture through MQL/SQL handoff.
Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, webinar, ABM) in HubSpot, including build, QA, and launch.
Identify friction points in the funnel and drive process fixes in partnership with Field Marketing and Inside Sales.

Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain reporting on campaign performance, the demand gen funnel, and channel effectiveness (dashboards, not one-off decks).
Go beyond reporting: proactively flag where performance is lagging and recommend specific tweaks to accelerate pipeline velo
