We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen our presence among dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, skin clinics and qualified beauty establishments in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, skin clinics, aesthetic centres and premium salons.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to dermatologists,



clinics and aesthetic centres to present the company's professional skincare products and treatment protocols.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and professional solutions.
- Generate product trials, demonstrations and treatment opportunities at clinics.
- Follow up on leads, trials and product demonstrations and convert them into regular business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Build long-term relationships with key dermatologists, clinic owners and decision-makers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to drive repeat orders and increase business.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing and new product launches.
- Collect and communicate market feedback to the management and marketing team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, sales and follow-ups.
