Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NSalasar Balaji Logistic Private Limited is hiring a Sales Head to build and lead enterprise sales for our Corporate Mobility and Employee Transportation business in Mumbai / Pan India. This is a hands-on business development role requiring direct access to corporate decision-makers and demonstrated closure of large recurring B2B contracts.
NKey Responsibilities

- Build and own the Mumbai enterprise sales pipeline. N
- Acquire new corporate clients for employee transportation, crew transportation and managed mobility services. N
- Engage with Administration, Facilities, Procurement, HR, Travel and business leadership teams. N
- Personally lead meetings, proposals, RFPs, pricing, commercial negotiations and contract closure. N
- Develop a focused target-account plan across aviation, BPO, IT/ITES, BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare and large corporate offices. N
- Work with operations and finance teams to ensure viable pricing, margins and service commitments. N
- Build the sales team and reporting discipline as the business scales. N





nRequired Experience

- 7–15 years of B2Benterprise sales or business development experience. N
- Proven record of personally closing large corporate or institutional contracts. N
- Solid relationships with corporate decision-makers in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane / Pan India. N
- Relevant experience in corporate mobility, employee transportation, car rental, fleet leasing, corporate travel, facility management, staffing, security services or another recurring outsourced B2B service. N
- Strong capability in RFPs, tendering, solution selling, pricing and commercial negotiations. N
- Clear understanding of revenue targets, contribution margins and sales pipeline management. N

nCandidate Profile
NWe prefer a commercially driven hunter who can independently open doors and close business. This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to tele-calling,
