nVisioGen is a ZEISS-backed digital healthcare solution helping ophthalmology practices recover lost revenue through human-verified AI patient engagement. We are looking for a highly driven sales hunter who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new business. This role is responsible for generating pipeline, engaging decision-makers, demonstrating business value, and converting premium ophthalmology practices into paying customers.
nSuccess in this role will be measured by opportunities created, contracts signed, revenue generated, and speed of market penetration.

nNew Customer Acquisition

- Build and manage a pipeline of premium ophthalmology practices across the United States.n
- Identify, prospect, and engage clinic owners, surgeons, administrators, and practice managers.n
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, industry events, referrals, partnerships, and digital channels.n
- Lead the entire sales cycle from first contact through contract execution.n





nConsultative Selling

- Understand clinic workflows, patient acquisition challenges, and commercial objectives.n
- Position VisioGen as a revenue recovery solution rather than a technology product.n
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-based business cases.n
- Create proposals and commercial offers aligned with customer requirements.n

nPipeline & Revenue Growth

- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.n
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with transparent forecasting and opportunity management.n
- Drive urgency and momentum throughout the buying process.n

nMarket Development
