Summary
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Salesforce Flow & Workflow Consultant to serve as an internal consultant across Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and other business functions. This role will work directly with stakeholders to uncover process pain points, identify root causes, challenge inefficient workflows, and design better ways of working before translating those solutions into Salesforce automation.



The ideal candidate combines strong business-process consulting and critical-thinking skills with the hands-on ability to independently design, build, test, and optimize Salesforce Flow solutions. This is not a traditional Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or strategy-only Revenue Operations position.

Job Description
- Lead discovery sessions with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and other business teams to understand current workflows, identify pain points, and uncover the root causes behind process inefficiencies.
- Analyze existing processes several layers beyond the initial business request, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and recommend scalable future-state workflows rather than simply automating existing processes.
- Design and independently build Salesforce Flow automations from initial concept through configuration, testing, implementation, adoption, and continuous optimization.
- Build and optimize workflows involving lead routing, assignment log
