NRole Purpose:
NLead and manage a team ofRelationship Managers responsible for driving business growth and strengthening relationships with mutual fund distributors, intermediaries, and strategic partners on the platform. The role focuses on managing key partner relationships, identifying growth opportunities, ensuring superior stakeholder experience, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver partner requirements efficiently and effectively.

- Lead and mentor ateam of approximately 18-20 Relationship Managers, driving performance, engagement, and business outcomes. N
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key strategic partners, distributors, and intermediaries on the platform. N




- Personally handle relationships with top-tier partners, understanding their business objectives, operational requirements, and growth opportunities. N
- Drive business development initiatives to increase platform adoption, transaction volumes, and overall partner engagement. N
- Act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams including Product, Technology, Operations, Clearing Corporation, and other stakeholders. N
- Translate partner requirements into actionable projects and ensure timely execution and delivery. N
- Monitor partner satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance the overall partner experience. N
- Identify market trends,competitive developments, and emerging opportunities within the mutual fund distribution ecosystem. N
