nOverview
nWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HR Domain Lead to lead the OTL and Absence functional areas within a large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementation. The role will act as the key interface between the business and implementation integrator, supporting the programme through design, build, testing, data migration, training, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
nResponsibilities

nProject Coordination & Stakeholder Management
n

- Support the functional domain Project Manager with coordination of workshops, meetings and activities across business, IT and implementation teams.n
- Act as the communication hub between business and IT to ensure alignment and transparent decision-making.n
- Monitor activities against project priorities, milestones and deadlines.n
- Identify risks or issues,



take initiative and escalate where required.n
- Drive stakeholders towards decisions without direct managerial authority.n

nProcess Design & Requirements

- n
- Present and explain the Oracle Cloud solution and target processes to business stakeholders.n
- Lead workshops to gather local requirements across OTL and Absence Management.n
- Capture and document business requirements for validation.n
- Review and validate solution design documentation produced by the integrator.n
- Support data gathering and provide guidance to the business on adopting the Oracle Cloud solution.n
- Consider integration requirements with external systems.n

nIntegrator & Delivery Oversight

- Support oversight of integrator deliverables across build, configuration, reporting, SIT/UAT, defect management, production setup, cutover and documentation.n
