THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a results-focused position with responsibility for accelerating the growth of RSR Global's recruitment, training, education and franchise business.
The successful candidate will take ownership of new business acquisition, B2B partnerships, franchise development and key account growth, while helping strengthen our international commercial presence.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, approach and secure new B2B clients and strategic partners
- Generate and convert qualified sales opportunities into revenue
- Develop and expand our franchise and associate partner network
- Build relationships with employers, businesses, institutions and international partners
- Manage and grow existing accounts and identify opportunities for further business
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and Service Level Agreements
- Maintain a strong and measurable sales pipeline
- Use LinkedIn, CRM systems, databases, networking and digital channels to generate opportunities
