Job Description
About Nordavo
n

nWe place senior developers from Bangalore with Dutch tech companies. We have an office in Indiranagar and a team in both countries.
n

nThis role isn't only for our own sales. We work together with a Dutch sales company that runs outbound for its clients, and they need the same kind of lead research and flows. So you'll build systems for Nordavo and for the clients of our sales partner, across different markets and target groups. Every client brings a new puzzle, which is exactly why we need someone who thinks before scraping.
n

nWhy this role exists
n

nWe don't need someone who exports 5,000 contacts from Apollo. That's done in an hour and it rarely works in the Netherlands. The data is thin, mobile numbers are missing and half the companies aren't a fit.
n

nWe need someone who starts with the question: what kind of company has this problem, where does it leave traces online, and how do I find all of them?
n

nAn example of the kind of work
n

nOne of our partner's clients sells to companies with at least 20 salespeople who work largely on commission. You won't find that in any database filter. So you have to think:
n

nWhich industries rely on commission-based sales? Think telecom resellers, energy, solar, insurance, recruitment, door to door. Which of those companies fit the size? Where do they show it? For example, their job postings mention OTE, commission or a bonus structure, so you scrape job boards for sales keywords and count the openings per company. Then you map the full market, score it, and find the right people inside each company.
n

nAnd then the part most people skip. Say we end up with 400 companies and one contact each. That's used up in two weeks. What next? More people inside the same companies, current companies that start hiring salespeople next month, triggers that bring an account back to the top of the list. We want someone who builds a system that keeps producing, not a list that runs out
